On Tuesday evening, St. Paul’s Parish, Harvard Square hosted Le Chœur d'Enfants d'Île-de-France for a free concert. We were grateful to have them. After the concert ended, several of the choir members were taken away by ambulance. We have no reports of attendees or staff being impacted at this time. The Cambridge Fire Department did a thorough air sampling of the buildings on our campus and no hazardous conditions were present.
Thankfully, all students were released from the hospital by Wednesday morning with a clean bill of health. The choir then left Massachusetts en route to a concert in Bangor, Maine.
We would like to thank the Cambridge Fire Department, the Cambridge Police Department, and the paramedics for their assistance.
For additional information, we refer you to the Cambridge Fire Department or Le Chœur d'Enfants d'Île-de-France.
Media inquiries related to the school or parish are being forwarded to the Archdiocese of Boston.
Thank you for your understanding as we worked to address this matter.
